Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £25.
Import Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees. These are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress where the carrier supports it. If you have not received tracking details within the expected dispatch window, please contact us.
Lost or Stuck Parcels
We use trackable services. If your parcel appears lost or stuck in transit, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
